    This semi-detached 2 storey project in Toronto was in need of major renovations. By taking down interior walls on the main floor and in the basement and replacing them with LVL beams, the spaces transform from small and cramped to large and functional. Demolition plans were drawn for all floors, followed by the proposed plans.
